Blackwillow Mobile Bartending is a husband-and-wife owned dry-hire mobile bartending service based in Central Alabama.
We offer dry-hire bartending services for weddings, private/corporate events, and all of your special occasions. While our clients provide the alcohol, we take care of everything else. We provide professional bartenders, customized drink menu as well as a custom alcohol shopping list, set up/break down, and a seamless service from start to finish.

Our packages
Basic package
The perfect set up for up to 75 guests for 4 hours including 2 bartenders, 2 craft cocktails, basic mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, and ice. This also provides 2 large coolers, bar table set up with black table cloths, set up/clean up (additional time of 1 hour each), custom menu, a fully customized alcohol shopping list with quantities, and one on one planning sessions.

Advanced package
The perfect set up for up to 150 guests for 4 hours including 3 bartenders, 4 craft cocktails, basic mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, and ice. This also provides 4 large coolers, bar table set up with black table cloths, set up/clean up (additional time of 1 hour each), custom menu, a fully customized alcohol shopping list with quantities, and one on one planning sessions.
